Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Briansw, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order. This policy outlines how such requests are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled if the request is received before the order enters processing.
- Cancellations should be requested as soon as possible after placing the order
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible
If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order before it has been processed. Changes may include:
- Shipping address updates
- Product size or variation adjustments
- Correction of customer details
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests; however, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be completed once processing begins.
3. Processing Time Considerations
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During peak periods, processing times may vary.
Requests submitted after processing begins may not be applied.
4. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
- It cannot be canceled or modified
- Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy for available options

- Details of the requested change or cancellation
